Customer service was so incredibly helpful and they managed a turn around time that I honestly didnt think they could (i placed my order 1.5 weeks before my event, but of course I also paid for priority processing and expedited shipping). The dress used my custom measurements and truly fits like a glove!! No alterations needed overall, but I did miscalculated the sleeve length so the cape is a touch too long and will need to be hemmed. That said, thats definitely my miscalculation, not theirs. I love this dress, cant wait to pick up another in the future!

I love the quality of the dress! It looks just like the picture. There are so many layers, a well-structured corset, and was secure the whole night. When I tried it strapless, it still felt secure. I wore this for the birthday and received many compliments. The service was also great! The staff was very kind and responded within a day when I emailed. I paid extra for expedited shipping and my dress shipped within the expected time frame. Overall great experience on the service!

Everything about this dress was perfect! I was really scared of ordering online but I fell in love with this idea and couldn't let it go. Rose was incredible, helping me put together this unique Frankenstein of a dress out of every idea I had in my head. It was very heavy (which I wanted) but quite comfortable, and stayed in place despite my small bust. Every single person commented on it or wanted a picture of it, including people unrelated to us and our wedding. One small detail that I asked was forgotten, but that's really okay after all my requests. Delivery was way faster than expected, the dress was in Germany within the week. Oh, and the veil is Miss Jophiel's too!

I was so nervous about ordering my wedding dress online, but I completely fell in love with this dress and nothing else I looked at could compare! After months of thinking about it, I decided to email before ordering and, after receiving such a prompt and reassuring response, I felt confident enough to go for it. I sent my custom measurements and the communication throughout was fantastic. My dress arrived in just under 8 weeks and, when I opened the box, I was completely blown away! It was even more beautiful in person and fitted me absolutely perfectly. I didn’t need a single alteration before my big day. I lost count of the number of compliments I received about my dress on the day. The Team of Miss Jophiel is amazing! Right After my Order, they checked in via Mail and discussed the Size and measurements and all Order Details with me. They always informed me about the Status and the Shopping was very fast, had this dress in about 3-4 weeks. I ordered a US10 (so not custom). It is very high Quality, many layers and very beautiful beading, as on the Pictures!

I was a little skeptical ordering from something I saw off instagram. My concerns were put at ease when the staff were very communicative during the custom order phase, and my order shipped on time. The most magical dress with the most amazing experience. This was my dream wedding dress, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Miss Jophiel. I had so many requests to customize this dress and they were so accommodating, from custom detachable sleeves to custom length to changing the color of the lining were amazing and made sure my every dream came true. They were so communicative and helpful making sure that my vision came to life. I asked for extra fabric for my veil and they sent two different colors just to make sure I had exactly the perfect one. It was the most magical, whimsical and dreamy dress. Cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered this as a non-traditional wedding dress, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. It was beautiful and comfortable, and I felt like a fairy bride. I ordered with custom sizing, so it fit like a glove. Rose was incredibly helpful during the whole process. I ended up wearing the "sleeves" a bit differently to how it was pictured, it felt a bit more ethereal and flowy to me that way.
This dress is more then I've ever dreamed about. It fit perfectly, is so shiny and glittery and I just love everything about it. I ordered my dress too late – less than 4 weeks before the wedding – but given my communication with Rose up to that point, I decided to fully trust her with the whole process. I believed the dress would arrive on time, even though it had to travel halfway around the world to reach me. And I'm so glad I made that choice, because the dress not only arrived on time, it fit me like a glove! Every detail was absolutely beautiful, and the dress fit as if it had been tailored just for me – which it had, since I sent them detailed body measurements, exactly according to the instructions available on the website. The only adjustment I needed was to shorten the length slightly, so in agreement with my seamstress, I decided to leave the dress a bit longer at the back, while the front was a touch shorter. The dress is quick to put on, the only thing you'll need is someone to help zip you in. Everyone who saw me, whether in person or in photos, said this was one of the most beautiful dresses they'd ever seen! And that's exactly how I felt too – it was absolutely stunning. During the ceremony I wore it with the puffed sleeves up, then lowered them off the shoulders for the party. I can't thank Miss Jophiel enough for helping me bring my vision of a woodland-inspired wedding dress to life – that was actually the comment I heard most often, that I looked like a forest fairy. If I had to order my wedding dress all over again, I would do everything exactly the same. Thank you so much!

I ordered a custom size and it fits like a glove, It’s exactly like the pictures! I’m so excited to wear this on my wedding day.
