Contact our customer service team and tell us the detail about your requirement.
Place the order through the link we provide.
Receive the confirmation email.
We will start to make your dress when you agree the detail about the dress (the style, color, size/measurements and delivery time, etc.)
Please see the size chart first when choosing the size. Free custom size service is available. If the standard size does not match your actual measurements, you can provide us your measurements. We will make the dress as per your measurements.
You will receive a confirmation email on size, color and delivery time about the dress within 24 hours after placing the order. You can provide us your measurements and other requirements by replying the email.

Most of our dresses are made to order. Time on handling depends on the following factors.
Time on confirmation
Our customer service team will send you confirmation email within 24 hours after receiving your order. We will start to make your dress as soon as confirming the details with you, e.g. size, measurements, color, style, delivery time, etc.
If we do not receive your reply on the confirmation email, we will start to make your dress as per the style, color and size you ordered within 7 days.
The email might be filtered into your junk box. If it is not in inbox, please check junk box, or contact us.
Time on making dresses
It will take 7 to 20 days to make dresses. Since the dresses are made-to-order, each dress’s tailoring time is based on the complexity of its design and seasonal changes in demand. To ensure you receive your dress on time, please place your order as early as possible to avoid prolonged tailoring time during peak seasons.
Time on shipping
You will receive the tracking number of shipping when the dresses are shipped.
If you choose expedited shipping, you will receive the dress within 3 to 5 days after receiving the tracking number.
If you choose standard shipping, you will receive the dress within 12 to 15 days after receiving the tracking number.
If you need the dress in rush or have other request on shipping and delivery, please contact us .
All customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Should you wish to return your item, the following conditions must be adhered to:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the parcel
- Items must be unworn as new with all original tags attached
- If an item has been washed or altered in any way, this cannot be returned
Please hold onto your proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund/exchange just in case we need to see this in the future. We cannot issue a refund or exchange where a postage receipt cannot be presented to us on request.
If an item you have received was delivered late, incorrect or faulty, please contact us . Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All items are quality checked on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition without prior agreement, we may be unable to accept this back and it may be returned to you at an additional cost.
If you are unable to return your item to us on time, contact must be made within your 30 days from delivery to inform us of the late return. Any returns made after the 30th day will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, any items returned to us outside 30 days without prior agreement may be returned to you at an additional cost.
Miss Jophiel reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange where the above steps have not been taken.
Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered. Some items are subject to certain amount of restocking fee. It will be stated in the confirmation email you received after placing the order.
