Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered cutting or production, we can usually modify details or cancel within 24 hours. After cutting begins, changes may incur a fee and may affect timelines. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long your dress takes and when to order.
How long does a custom dress take?
Most custom orders take about 3–5 weeks to make, depending on design complexity and season. Shipping time is additional (see Shipping & Delivery).
When should I order for my event?
We recommend ordering 6–8 weeks before your event. Rush options are available if you have a tighter timeline.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes. Please add our Expedited Shipping Service or contact us with your event date. Rush prioritizes production and shipping and typically shortens delivery by about 7–10 days.
Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?
For firm deadlines, contact us before placing the order. We’ll review your date and location. Once accepted, we’ll prioritize your dress; however, rare carrier or customs delays are outside our control.
Measurements & Sizing

How do I send my measurements?
Use our Measurement Guide and provide key measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, hollow‑to‑hem). Photos in fitted clothing help us confirm proportions and bust support.
Can I order a standard size instead of custom measurements?
Yes. You can select a standard size and still request basic adjustments like length or sleeve changes. For the best fit, we recommend custom measurements.
Customization & Design Changes

Can I change the neckline, sleeves, or train length?
Absolutely. Most design tweaks are possible (e.g., add sleeves, adjust neckline depth, modify train). Some changes may add cost or time—please ask before ordering.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Changes are easiest before cutting begins. After cutting, we may still help, but fees and timeline impacts can apply. Please note: orders with custom colors or structural design changes are not eligible for return.

Which carriers do you use and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via express couriers (e.g., DHL Express) and trusted regional partners. Transit times vary by country and address.
How long does shipping take?
Express delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Remote areas may take longer.

Are taxes and duties included?
Product prices exclude VAT and customs duties. Your local customs office may request proof of value and collect applicable taxes and fees at delivery.

What is your return policy for custom dresses?
Since each dress is custom-made to order, returns are limited. Please note that orders with custom colors or structural design changes are not eligible for return.

What if my dress needs alterations?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your alteration plan. We can advise and may offer a partial reimbursement toward local tailoring after approval.

How should I care for my dress?

Will the color match exactly what I see on screen?
Colors can vary due to screen settings and dye lots. If you’re matching a specific color, consider ordering a fabric swatch first or contacting us for guidance.
